STORIES – We love to chat with our Donovans guests! This is Gail and Darryl’s online space where they can share those stories with you, share adventures, and behind the scenes of Donovans.
EATING – Our wonderful Head Chef at Donovans, Emma D’Alessandro shares with you her modern and traditional Italian recipes as well as the classic Donovans recipes. Also cooking tips, information about seasonal produce and entertaining ideas.
DRINKING – This is where you will find Kevin sharing his favourite wines, ciders, cocktails and beer! Also we will get to meet Donovans’ favourite suppliers and local winemakers.
THE DOGGIE DOOR – Yes you read it right. A cyberspace for Gail and Kevin’s pooches, Wallis and Red to share stories and meet new doggie friends!

I cant praise Donovans enough…Yesterday I dined there with 5 other people two of whom I haven’t seen for over 40 years, both men owned many restaurants in Perth but are now retired and enjoying what life has to offer. I wanted to share my previously lovely experiences that I have had in the past with another friend who lives in Cambodia and when we can afford it and she is in Australia we always visit Donovans. Yesterday I was so happy that I decided we could all meet and have lunch at Donovans, the service was excellent, the meal was exceptional, the wine just right, and like comments before it feels like coming home. Congratulations on keeping the wonderful feeling that this restaurant keeps on giving, and for choosing such wonderful staff to keep everyone happy. Two ladies even shared their Bombe Alaska with us…..
